Linkade records recipient country and type when it has them, applies a conservative send policy, and stops mail after an opt-out, bounce, complaint, or human reply. Those checks reduce obvious mistakes. They do not certify compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or any other statute.

We do not promise placements, reply rates, rankings, inbox placement, or that a draft is accurate. Drafts are generated from pages we could fetch at the time. In Copilot you read each one before it sends. If you turn on Autopilot, emails that match your campaign's brief send without that check, and you remain responsible for them.

Search data, contact data, model output, and mail transport come from other companies. Their outages, errors, and acceptable-use rules are outside our control. A mailbox provider can suspend a sender even when you followed our in-app checks.

Linkade is offered to businesses. We are not willing or obliged to take part in consumer arbitration-board proceedings.
