Privacy Policy

Linkade is operated from San Diego, California, United States. Linkade is a link building tool that finds relevant sites and pitches them for links on behalf of the businesses that use it.

We collect only what the product needs to run:

• Account details you give us: name, work email, and a password (stored as a hash), or the identifier Google returns if you sign in with Google.
• Workspace data you create: target domains, keywords, campaigns, drafts, sender domains, and mailbox settings.
• Prospect and contact records produced for your workspace, including public page text we fetch to score a target and draft a pitch.
• Billing identifiers from Stripe (customer and subscription IDs). We do not store full card numbers.
• Server logs and a small set of product events (for example, that a job failed). We do not send email bodies or form values to analytics.

We use this information to operate your account, run research and drafting, send the mail your campaigns release, bill you, keep the service reliable, and respond to abuse or legal requests. We do not sell personal information and we do not use prospect lists to market Linkade.

These companies process data on our behalf to provide the product:

• Cloudflare (hosting, email for login and notices, AI Gateway)
• Google (optional sign-in)
• Stripe (payments and subscriptions)
• DataForSEO (search results, backlinks, and site research)
• Ahrefs (site metrics)
• Parallel (web research to find sites and published contacts)
• QuickEnrich (contact discovery and verification)
• OpenRouter (reading and drafting with OpenAI models, reached through Cloudflare AI Gateway)
• Mailpool (sender domains, Google Workspace mailboxes, and mail transport)
• PostHog (product analytics)

Each of those providers has its own terms. We send them only what that part of the product needs.

When you run a campaign, Linkade looks up public pages and business contact details for the sites it finds. In Copilot you approve each email before it sends. In Autopilot, emails that match your campaign's brief send on their own. A reply stops the follow-ups to that person. A bounce, complaint, or opt-out stops all further mail to that address from every workspace in your organization, and an unsubscribe stops mail to that whole domain.

We use a session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad networks.

We keep account and workspace data while your organization is active. In the app you can export workspace data or request deletion. After we complete a deletion request we remove the workspace records we control. Billing records may be kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us for a copy of your account data, a correction, or deletion at the email above.

Linkade is a business tool. It is not directed at children under 16.

If we change this policy in a material way we will update the date on this page. Keep using Linkade after a change only if you accept the new policy.
