Terms of Service

Linkade is a link building tool that finds relevant sites and pitches them for links. It finds a contact for each site, drafts each email, and sends it after you approve it (Copilot) or on its own within the rules you set (Autopilot). Features depend on the plan you buy and on third-party providers staying available.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity under your organization, including teammates you invite.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Credits meter qualified prospects as described on the pricing page. Unused credits do not roll over unless we say so in writing. Founder seats are limited. Agency work is quoted separately. Fees are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless Stripe is collecting tax for a jurisdiction where we are registered.

You can cancel from Plan. Access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months except where required by law.

You choose targets and sending rules, and you are the sender of record. You can review drafts before they send, or turn on Autopilot. You must have a lawful basis to contact each recipient in their country. Do not use Linkade to email consumers as if they were a business, to ignore opt-outs, or to send anything illegal or deceptive.

We may pause a sender or workspace if a provider suspends the mailbox, if complaint or bounce rates are high, or if we reasonably believe the account is being abused.

You keep the rights to the content you upload and the mail you send. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content so the product can run. Linkade, the interface, and the underlying software stay ours. Do not scrape the product, resell access, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

We aim to keep Linkade up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Research, drafting, and sending can fail when a provider is down or a mailbox is warming.

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will find any particular prospect, produce a reply, improve rankings, or comply with every outreach law that applies to you. See also our Disclaimer.

To the extent the law allows, Linkade is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places they apply only as far as permitted.

You can stop using Linkade and request workspace deletion at any time. We can close an account that violates these terms. Sections that should survive (including payment already due, disclaimers, and liability limits) stay in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law rules. Courts in San Diego County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek an injunction anywhere to protect the service.
